My daughter is a dance major at college, and she has been telling me and her dad that she is struggling with her flexibility. I appreciate you pointing out that stretching increases your flexibility which decreases the chance of injury. It sounds like this would really help her, so maybe she can find a professional in the area to help her stretch correctly.
