• Speakers that connect via aux cord to phone/laptop bring dongle.

PARKING: 
​Free parking is available in our lot, in the lot across the street, and on the street. 

RENTAL TIMES:
Straightline Dance Fitness  is rentable during non-class times. (Class time calendar).

Availability is limited, mostly afternoons, later evenings, and weekends.

FEES:
$30/hour main studio
$20/hour small studios: upstairs or downstairs (not pictured)

AGREEMENT:
Renter must sign and return the rental agreement.

3. Submit rental request form (below)
4. Create an account in our scheduling system: Straightline.Punchpass.com
5. Your request will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email and pay link. 
6. Submit payment.
7. Text 612-385-4218 for door code day of appointment.

RENTAL POLICIES + EXPECTATIONS

All rentals must be paid for in advance to reserve the day and time (ongoing reservations must pay the first date's rent as a nonrefundable deposit and all subsequent rentals must be paid on the first of each month prior). Rentals will not be guaranteed until paid. Rental fees are refundable (less $15 processing fee) if cancelled at least 7 days prior to rental. Cancellation must be made in writing (email or letter) with a confirmation from Straightline that we have received notice. There are no refunds if cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled rental.​

RENTER EXPECTATIONS: 

• Renters must  leave Straightline as they found it--in  good clean working order 
• Studio clean up: dust mop the studio floor (main studio),  remove garbage, (if other than paper towels, wipes, or water cups), sanitize door knobs and high touch surfaces, lock door, and lights turned off. 
• The bamboo floors dent easily, be careful with all equipment and footwear. 
• Renter agrees to be present at all times during the agreed upon rental times. 
• Space cleaned and secured at the agreed upon ending time. Renter will be charged for 15 minute overages.
• Renter is  financially responsible for any property of Straightline that is broken or damaged during rental and will be held financially responsible for repairs. 
• Please be aware of volume, (music and voices).  On your way in, gauge how many businesses are occupied.  During the day, there will be more tenants. In the evening, it’s safer to play music louder. Connect to the music system through the auxiliary cable.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
By renting, renter agrees to the above conditions and understands the rental fee is non-refundable without proper notice as is outlined in the renter's agreement, which must be signed and returned prior to rental.  Renter accepts the terms of renting space at Straightline Dance Fitness located at 34-13th Avenue NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Renter agrees to leave Straightline in good clean working order. Renter will be careful with all equipment and footwear. Renter also agrees to be present at all times during the agreed upon rental times. Renter is responsible for holding a safe space for the renter's guests and for the security of Straightline. Renter agrees to have the space cleaned and secured at the agreed upon ending time. Renter understands that Renter is financially responsible for any property of Straightline that is broken or damaged during rental.
