Unwind after a long week with this full-body debriefing! We'll start with a mindful body scan and joint mobilization to bring awareness, breath, and movement to all parts of our body. Then we'll flow through some flexibility stretches and dynamic movements to clear our minds and muscles of any build up.
Wear layers to keep you warm and set up a comfy place you can lay long on the floor. Earbuds recommended for this virtual class, so you can close your eyes and focus on you.

Yoga For Transformation Workshop
Saturday, January 23rd
11:15-12:45pm $25 (member discount applies - email us for promo code) This 90-minute yoga workshop is designed for self-assurance and to awaken you to your own higher potential. Instructor Andrea will guide you through yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation for one powerful practice. We will also explore a kriya (cleansing practice) called agni sara and bandha work (energy locks) for purification. We will move mindfully at an unhurried pace, bringing movement into your spine, hips and shoulders while building awareness at the navel. Join in for this creative and transformative practice – it a lovely practice for the New Year and new beginnings. Registration includes a recording of the workshop. |
