All Levels Feel Good Outdoor Yoga
Friday, April 16th
5:30pm-6:30pm with Andrea B. BF NELSON PARK Join us for a yoga practice to celebrate the spring season and great outdoors. This mindfully paced, all-levels yoga practice will use the breath as our anchor and rhythm. We will move through a series of standing postures that focus on balance and steadiness before cooling down with seated/supine postures. Brief meditation will leave you smiling and appreciating your surroundings. Wear layers (including a hat, gloves, and warm socks, bring water, and a yoga mat. Class will be virtual if rain. |

Join us for 90 minutes of nonstop (socially distant) dancing featuring your favorite cardio dance formats: The Mix with Erika, Xabeat with Kelsey, and 305 Fitness with Christina. Learn Latin Dance: Samba

6:00pm-7:15pm with Erika (virtual) Spice up your Friday night with the Samba! This popular Latin Dance is characterized by its rocking movements, unique rhythm and lively spirit. It's fun, fast and fiery! We'll cover technique, breakdown the basics steps and even learn the Samba line dance! This is designed to be a solo class, no partner necessary. All levels and ages welcome, dress comfortably. Erika is a former competitive International Latin and American Smooth Ballroom Dancer. She co-founded UW-Madison student organization Madtown Ballroom and is an accomplished instructor, choreographer and performer.
