SALSA FOUNDATIONS SERIESThis 4-week series teaches many core Salsa movements, focusing on rhythm, footwork, posture, and partner connection. You'll learn moves to use social dancing as well as their relation to the music (both on 1 and on 2 timing). Suitable for beginner to experienced dancers . No partner needed.

SENSUAL BACHATA SERIESJoin local professional dancers Erika Cianciaruso & Kagan Ford for a 4-week Sensual Bachata series. This will be a progressive class that deep dives into technique and body mechanics. We'll cover foundations, musicality, styling and patterns fit for new and experienced dancers alike. No partner needed.

Piloxing Party OutdoorsSaturday, May 21
9:30-10:45am Outdoors Bid Farewell to Saturday morning Piloxing with an outdoor Piloxing Party. Join Erika for back-to-back Piloxing and Piloxing Booty for 75 minutes of outdoor exercise fun. Class will take place in the back corner of our parking lot. It will be held indoors in the event of rain. Wear supportive athletic footwear and bring water, a yoga mat, and Piloxing Power Bands and Piloxing Gloves (equipment available for rental $5 or for purchase). Stick around and socialize afterwards, we'll serve Lemonade and Energy Bites. |
Oula FusionSaturday, May 28
10:00-11:00am In Studio Celebrate Memorial Day Weekend with a special class 60-minute class that combines dance and strength training. Oula Fusion is the art of melting two or three Oula formats together to create a magical whole. Emilie’s class will blend Oula Power bodyweight strength tracks with Oula dance tracks. We will begin with two mat tracks to activate our glutes and our core. Then we will dance it out for 30 minutes. After dancing we’ll be back on the mat for a pushup, lower body, and ab track before cooling down and stretching out.
