Join us in the studio for TRIPLE THREAT, a high-energy, fun, full-body workout that integrates cardio kickboxing, conditioning, and yoga. Class will include:
Bring workout shoes, a yoga mat, and of course, WATER! We will work up a sweat. This class is for all fitness levels and lots of options will be given throughout.

- Cardio kickboxing integrating kicks, punches, and easy-to-follow combos. No jumping or impact required!
- Strength and conditioning with body weight (think planks, pushups, squats, and lunges) and a variety of equipment.
- A mindful, flowing yoga practice, complete with savasana.

Falling at the Barre! Join us for a barre class in the park at the end of our street near the river.
Barre is a full-body, low-impact exercise program. Using a combination of isometric and dynamic movements, you create lean, flexible strength. Warning: this class is fun, effective, and addicting!
Bring your own yoga mat and water. Wear bare feet, grippy socks, or athletic shoes.

Nothing lifts the spirits like a good ol' fashioned cardio party.--and best of all, this one is outdoors and in celebration of our 9th Anniversary!
Join us for 90 minutes of heart-pumping cardio Xabeat with Kelsey, Piloxing with Theresa, and Mixxedfit with Caroline, followed by a soothing fascia stretch with Gretchen.
We'll provide a champagne cocktail and iced tea.
Class will take place in our parking lot. It will be held in studio in the event of rain.

Indian Dance Workshop

Everyone loved our first Indian Dance class, and we are excited to offer another workshop with Vani, who teaches South Asian/Bollywood and aims in each class to have fun, express ourselves through Dance. Learning Indian Dance is a great way to exercise your body and your mind. Join the class with your water bottle and go with the flow.
The workshop will be a hourlong session where you will learn accesssible choreo of an Indian song. We will have a brief introduction and a fun Warm up session and then we will move to the choreo. You don't have to know how to dance to participate!
$20 ticket

I love dancing and I have been dancing for a while now! The only workout I know is dance & yoga. I don't have any other routine and I don't hit the Gym. I have learnt hip hop and a lot of Indian dance styles for 4-5 years and I love doing choreography. I'm super excited to be a part of Straightline Dance Fitness and have a fun class with you all!
