A mommy and me fitness class designed to give you a functional, total-body workout. We'll start with an interval walk and end with a strength workout that'll tone your lower body, activate your core, and burn calories. We'll lunge, squat and stroll - all while getting some fresh air. Meet in the studio and plan to workout outside (layers, sunscreen/hat/sunglasses, water bottle, etc.). The class will be moved to the studio in case of rain or very hot weather.For babies and moms/dads of all ages.
