Barre is an exercise class unlike any other! Based on ballet barre movements, this program gives you a dancer’s body, without the grueling dance training! Using small, isometric movements, you exercise your secondary muscles, which tones, strengthens, and encourages flexibility. Barre is a low impact workout, fatiguing your muscles without putting excessive stress on your joints. Weights, balls, and bands may be added for more challenge.

XaBEAT (cardio dancing, pronounced 'zabeet')
XaBeat is a dance-fitness program that provides high-intensity cardio and toning in a party like atmosphere. The routines are simple and easy to follow so participants can concentrate on getting a better workout. XaBeat class participants sculpt their bodies and burn calories without even realizing they are working out.
BEGINNING OR INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED HIP HOP
The choreography will incorporate various styles of hip-hop from breaking to popping and everything in between—developing musicality, hard hitting movements, body isolations, energy, textures, and the ability to freestyle. Students will be encouraged to step outside the box and bring their own individual style and personality to the movements. No previous Hip-Hop experience required. Comfortable clothing and clean sneakers required.
PILOXING is a fusion format combining the industry's leading disciplines: boxing, pilates, and dance. This dynamic program moves through heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinationa to sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influences movement to 'let your self GO' dance releases, and back around again. Never have you enjoyed sweating so much. Barefoot training preferred.
PILOXING Barre utilizes the same fundamental disciplines (Pilates and Boxing) as PILOXING. In this game-changing program, PILOXING goes to the BARRE. Using a ballet barre for stability and resistance in this 45-minute cardio program, you lengthen, you strengthen, and you box your heart out! Happy joints, strong muscles, healthy heart--that is PILOXING Barre! Barefoot training preferred.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Get a chance to work with a personal trainer in a small group setting! Ethan will use a variety of methods and exercises designed to burn fat, develop lean muscle, and boost cardio for a fun and exciting 45-minute class. Sign up regularly and Ethan can tailor the workout to target your goals, correct imbalances, and see real progress in your fitness level. We recommend athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.
This gentle, full-body class uses dynamic and isometric movements, balances, and breath work in a combination of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. A stepping stone to barre classes, accessible ballet exercises warm the joints and muscles, align the body, and improve posture and positioning. Mat work will draw on pilates and other exercises to tone while lengthening. Flowing yoga-inspired stretching will increase flexibility and strength, restore a connection to the body, and calm the mind. Wear workout clothing, socks, and an extra layer for comfort during the cool down.
ZUMBA (cardio dancing)
This highly effective workout feels more like a party than an exercise class. Come shake it with choreography from multiple fun and energetic dance styles, including cumbia, reggaeton, flamenco, bellydance, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Wear comfortable clothing and clean, supportive shoes. Dance Pass allowed
Awaken the body and ignite a well-intentioned day in this Hatha Flow class. Find balance between effort and relaxation in a class that combines the strength of held postures and the serenity of breath-directed movement. Synchronizing breath to movement, we will explore poses that strengthen, stretch and calm. Balanced sequences with specific attention to alignment include sun salutations, standing and seated postures. Variations of postures will be offered to meet and support students where they are in their individual practice; this class is suitable for all levels.
HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love, and intense, easy to follow fitness choreography. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through it's carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. There's no better way to describe it than "Body sculpting fun." Get addicted to fitness!
YOGA BARRE BLEND
This fast-paced, flowing class blends yoga with barre and pilates muscle-lengthening exercises. An effective full-body workout in only 45 minutes! Bring a yoga mat or borrow one of ours. Bare feet are best.
MixxedFit® is a people- inspired fitness program that incorporates explosive movements and boot camp toning. We dance to music you'd jam to in the club, with moves that are repetitive and easy to follow.
Start your day off right with Vinyasa Yoga! This 45 min wake up incorporates a flowing sequence of poses that emphasizes the connection between movement, music, and breath using sun salutations, balance poses, hip and heart openers. While typically suited to those seeking a more active practice, support and modifications will be offered to accommodate students of all experience levels.
Our midmorning classes (Barre, Yoga, and HIGH) offer childcare. Each visit is $5 per family or 4 visits for $20. Available online. While we exercise, the kids can play under the supervision of our childcare attendant. Space is limited, reserve a spot for your kid online.

If you need to cancel, you may do so within 2 hours of class without being charged. Your account will be credited for the class you cancelled. MindBody (our online scheduler) also has an app called MindBody Connect, for added convenience. Our classes are ongoing. We hope to see you at least once a week--or more--because progress comes with dedication.
